3. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

While the stock lasts, once your order is placed, you can expect delivery within 2-3 business days. We’ll promptly confirm the delivery date and time with you. If you require expedited delivery, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

No, we are unable to provide international shipping at this time. Preserved flowers are delicate and prone to damage during transit. Until we can ensure a secure shipping method, we’re unable to offer delivery outside the Greater Toronto Area. Thank you for your understanding.

7. Where Do Your Preserved Flowers Come From?

Our preserved blooms primarily originate from Japan, complemented by selections from Canada and China. Additionally, we integrate our own meticulously crafted dried flowers into our designs.

8. Do you provide fresh flower arrangements?

While we appreciate the allure of fresh flowers, we’ve chosen to specialize in preserved and dried blooms for streamlined operations at this time.

9. Can I mix preserved flowers with fresh flowers?

While it’s possible to mix preserved flowers with fresh flowers in arrangements, we recommend keeping them separate to ensure the longevity of the preserved blooms.

10. Are preserved flower arrangement workshops available?

Yes, we offer preserved flower arrangement workshops regularly, scheduled on the 2nd Saturday and the 4th Wednesday morning of each month. Perfect for occasions like wedding showers, birthday celebrations, gatherings with friends, or creating meaningful gifts for yourself or a loved one, these workshops provide a fun and creative experience. A minimum of 2 participants is required to run a session. For more details or to reserve your spot, please feel free to message us!

11. What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns and offer refunds for all calligraphy products in good condition within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of preserved flowers, flower arrangement items are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, we are happy to offer direct replacement or drop-off maintenance within 14 days of purchase if the flowers are damaged during shipping. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
